What data we collect
This website has no user accounts, contact forms, newsletter or analytics, and it does not set any cookies of its own. Personal data is only processed in these cases:
- When you send an email (for example a booking request): we receive your email address, name and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to answer you and, if relevant, to arrange a booking. Legal basis: your request and the steps before a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Server logs: like any website, the hosting provider records technical data such as your IP address, browser and the time of the visit, to keep the site secure and running. These logs are kept for a short period and not used to identify you. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6.1.f GDPR).
Third-party services
- Fonts: the website loads a font from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers and shares your IP address with them.
- Music and video players: Spotify, Bandcamp, SoundCloud and YouTube players are only loaded when you press a play or listen button. From that moment the provider may process your data and set cookies under its own privacy policy. YouTube videos use the privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Some mix thumbnails may be loaded directly from YouTube or SoundCloud.
- External links: links to Instagram, Resident Advisor, Bandcamp, Spotify, SoundCloud and Google Drive take you to those websites, which have their own privacy policies.
How long we keep your data
Emails are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any resulting booking, and afterwards only for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and ask for data portability, by writing to oxxxygeno [at] gmail [dot] com. If you think your data has been handled incorrectly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
